Funbi graduated in 2007 with a second class upper degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University.  She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008 after passing her qualifying examinations.  She spent her National Youth Service year as a counsel with Banwo & Ighodalo and thereafter joined the firm in August 2009.  Funbi provides corporate and commercial law services with specific interest in forensics.
