Ikeyi & Arifayan was founded in 2005 as Ikeyi Egudu & Co. by Nduka Ikeyi, and was renamed Ikeyi & Arifayan in February 2007, following the admission of Sola Arifayan as a partner in the firm.  The partners of the firm have over the past several years acquired extensive experience in diverse areas of legal, regulatory and tax practice.  This experience was acquired from working in reputable law firms, international professional services firms, academia and government.  Added to the experience of the partners of the firm is the combined experience of other associates in the firm.
