Our experience:
- Advisory and transaction support services to the concessionaire that has signed a concession agreement with the Lagos State Government to undertake a major land transportation and real estate development project in the State, which involved project formation and structuring (legal), incorporation and corporate documentation of the project vehicle, drafting and negotiation of the Concession Agreement and regulatory liaison with officials of relevant federal agencies and Lagos State Government with oversight on the project.
- Advisory and transaction support services to several independent power projects in Nigeria, Guinea Bissau and Sao Tome, including advice on capital raising/structuring, drafting and review of power purchase agreements, financing documentation and other relevant transaction documentation.
