Taofeek obtained LL. B from University of Ibadan in 2004 and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School in 2005.  Taofeek started his professional career with KPMG Professional Services in 2006.  In October 2010, he left KPMG as an Experienced Senior Consultant to join Ikeyi & Arifayan.

At KPMG, Taofeek obtained extensive experience in tax, regulatory and advisory services.  Taofeek’s experience includes rendition of advisory opinions on tax structuring in relation to companies, contracts and projects, tax compliance services (computation, review and filing), start-up tax advisory and support services, and liaison with the Federal Inland Revenue Service and the Internal Revenue Service of various states, including Lagos, Rivers and Edo States.  In this regard, Taofeek has rendered advice to several local and multi-national companies, and to various public sector clients.

Taofeek is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigerian and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
